Short version: we collect what you type into the form, we use it to run your check and reply to you, and we don't sell or share it.

What we collect

When you ask for a free check, you give us your business name, your website address, and your email. That's all the form collects. If you email us, we keep the email.

How we use it

• To run the check and send you the results.
• To reply if you ask about the audit or the program.
• To keep a record of the check so the numbers in it can be verified later.

We don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't call unless you ask us to.

Where it's stored

Form submissions go through Formspree, a form-handling service, and then to our email. Your check results and the AI answers we logged are stored on our own systems in Canada. The web fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request for the font file, as with most websites. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your details. If we ever publish results from your check, it's only with your written permission, and that's a separate conversation.

Your choices

Email hello@getpotentia.ca to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll do it within a few business days and confirm when it's done.
